Add a planned flow section for BIP-39 seed phrase key derivation to FLOWS.md. This covers deterministic keypair generation from a mnemonic so the same X25519 keypair can be reproduced on any device. Skip seed sharing/transfer for now — just the derivation flow and the login-with-seed flow. Goes after the Revisions section.
