Ed25519 signing added: ed25519-dalek in opake-core, PublicKeyRecord has optional signingKey/signingAlgo, ResolvedIdentity has optional signing_key, CLI Identity has signing_key/verify_key with migration, lexicon updated, publish_public_key passes signing key. All 160 tests pass.
